Etiquette 360, LLC is an etiquette consultancy based in Miami, Florida, offering courses on a special project basis. This website is operated by Etiquette 360, LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Etiquette 360, LLC.
Etiquette 360, LLC offers this website, including all information, tools and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any Services. ​

1. Etiquette 360 Enrollment and Payment:
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Full payment is required at the time of enrollment to secure a spot in the chosen training program.
The methods of payment accepted by Etiquette 360 include but are not limited to: cash, bank transfer, checks payable in USD, credit or debit cards (via Stripe.com).

2. Cancellation and Refunds:
Cancellation requests made by participants must be submitted in writing.
For individual courses, cancellations within 72 hours before the start of the training program, a full refund will be provided.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the start of the training program will not be eligible for a refund.
Rescheduling individual courses must be done at least 72 hours prior to the course or class.
Courses/classes cannot be rescheduled more than twice. After the second rescheduling, to reschedule the course/class for a third time, client will incur a new course fee equal to the amount of the initial course fee.
For group courses, cancellation within two weeks will result in a full refund. Rescheduling group courses must be done at least two weeks prior to the course.
Group courses not cancelled or rescheduled within two full weeks will not be refunded.
Etiquette 360 reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a training program due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered the option to transfer their enrollment to a future program or receive a full refund.

3. Etiquette 360 Products or Services:
Course offering and content will be agreed ahead of scheduled course and will cover as much information as possible within the period of time agreed.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
4. Etiquette 360 Corporate Courses and Programs:
Etiquette 360 has permission to use the corporate names of past clients when speaking to prospective clients unless told otherwise by the client in written form.

5. Participation and Conduct:
Participants are expected to actively engage in all aspects of the training program and conduct themselves with respect towards the trainers and fellow participants.
Any disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in the participant being asked to leave the training program without any refund.
Please note that courses may be filmed. You may or may not be asked to sign a release before filmed classes begin.
By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions you agree to be filmed and recorded, and allow filmed content to be used by Etiquette 360 for internal or external use, including but not limited to brochure, marketing, sales, communications, televised or social media use or for any kind of company promotion.

6. Confidentiality:
Participants are required to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the training program, including but not limited to training materials and personal experiences shared by others.

7. Intellectual Property:
All training materials, content, and intellectual property provided during the training program are the exclusive property of Etiquette 360.
Participants are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or using any training materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Etiquette 360.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties:
Etiquette 360 provides training programs for educational purposes only and does not guarantee any specific outcomes or results from the training.
The advice and guidance provided during the training programs are intended to be general in nature and may not apply to every individual circumstance.

9. Liability:
Etiquette 360 and its trainers shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense incurred by participants during the training program.
Participants are responsible for their own well-being and safety during the training program.

​10. Modification of Terms & Conditions:
Etiquette 360 reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Etiquette 360 website.
By enrolling in any Etiquette 360 training program or workshop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
